Please have insurance ID numbers or cards at the first appointment. If you have concerns about in/out of network rate please call with insurance ID number, group number, policy holder name and date of birth. We can look up your insurance policy for you prior to you first appointment.
Fees
- Individual Therapy $100 per 50 minutes
- In-home Therapy starting $200 per house
- Intake Session Assessment Fee $150
